Vodafone India — E_connect 375 changed to e_connect_399 without intimation. | |||
My E_Connect_375 plan suddenly changed to E_Connect_399 without intimation and this has resulted to a huge bill on my number. On calling up the vodafone care, they repeatedly mentioned that the plan has been upgraded and is no more available. But on cross checking I found that my friends and family still have the same plan active. On mailing about the issue to vodafone corporate, along with the screenshot of other users with the same plan they again mentioned the same thing. Moreover, they are reluctant to reply as i am still waiting for a reply after repeated chase up mails (taking into consideration the 2 days wait period for just replying to a mail). Is the plan is based upon some criteria, which an existing user is denied suddenly ? The team mentioned that the plan has been upgraded, then they are clearly providing FALSE or incorrect information has i still find the same plan active for my friends.
