Hi! I have never ever subscribed to any plans but for god's sake i have been trying to reach the customer care which is really impossible via call! I have been texting the damn "stop" msgs as per instructions but it gets reactivated without my knowledge and u guys keep deducting 21 rs every single time n its been like 200+ rs been deducted from my balance! I am facing the same problem. Twice already my money has been deducted for this 'english seekho' to which I have never subscribed. It is very frustrating that I am messaging STOP and still no deactivation is happening. This is a terrible way to treat your customers!!!
