Vodafone India — Everymonth charging some suspecious charges mentioning d2c DOWNLOAD Charges | |||
In my March, 2015 bill I have been charged Rs.99 for 'wapvilla_ppd' download. I spoke with Vodafone customer care and and got waiver. Again in April bill which I received just today, again they charged me Rs.149 for d2c_mazaa_149 and Rs.75 for d2c_mobilart_75. I dont even know what this mean. I never download anything using Mobile internet. And I'm preety much sure, that this time also I haven't download anything. So this time also I called up their customer care number and lodged a complaint about that. I have two VODAFONE RED connection and paying the bill without fail. If I dont get any permanent solution for these kind of wrong charges, I will cancel both the numbers. Bill number: [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
