Vodafone India — excess bill amount: no response | |||
I received an excess bill amount for the month of sep2108. My monthly plan is 249 and i received rs 742 as the bill amount for 1month in which rs 379 charged for using extra data of about 750 mb. Intially my plan was 199 but it was upgraded to 249 without my written consent or sms approval. Now they say upto 11gb data is free and beyond that the data will be charged. If i had used another 10 gb then my bill amount would be around rs 4000. My god i did not use that much. After receiving the bill i immediately wrote a mail to their customer care requested to waiver the excess amount for using extra data. Even i mentioned in the mail that it all depended on the response and my satisfaction whether to continue my account in the vodaphone. There was an automated response stated that my query would be answered with in 1 working day. But no person has called me to answer my request. So far i wrote many mails to them but their response is nil. They just call over my number to remind the due date almost every day but did not care to listen my request i raised. Finally upon my shouting over the phone when they called for asking bill payment, they sent me a service registration number[protected] on 20-oct-2018 but no use. No one called to address my query. Despite their zero response to my mails they barred my out going and incoming calls, internet, sms for not paying the bill amount. I don't know how to explain their complete negligence, irresponsible attitude towards their customers. My anger gone peaks. If they had responded to my first mail then i would have taken a decision whether to continue or not. They sent me a new bill of october. I think they are behaving like this with every their customer. Only they respond immediately when one interested to opt their network newly. Once join. Finish they don't care us. All it seems they have no proper system or staff to maintain. Seems vodaphoneidea is in pathetic situation to run it smoothly. By seeing this complaint here i hope they will respond otherwise i have only one option to approach suitable courts of law. Was this information helpful? | |||
