[Resolved] Vodafone India — excess bill and vas related | |||
My name is lalit kumar. I am a vodafone user. Every moth i have to pay for an unwanted bill. And no need to say for the value added services it will activated automatically even after my deactivation. I have complained the customer care but my vodafone app displays the same bill amount. Today i have checked it has added extra charges on it. "why should i have to pay for somthing that i don't even use". I am highly unsatisfied with the paying value.
