[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Excess Bill Generation

Vodafone charging Internet using (3G) Even after complaining that I am unable to use 3G for Sony Erickson MOBILE. I took 3G connection on 10Of Oct but it never worked, after many complaints I found it is not working then I removed 3G plan and went back for 2G plane and after billing I found that 3G rental and usage charges reflecting and asked to waiver that excess amount, the reply I am getting from Nodal Officer Pavitra Customer care, that Our billing system accurately monitors and we cant waiver the bill Before 3Months back I found 7.07Rs excess in my mobile bill and for that When I wrote mail then this amount they waiver from the bill, I am attaching pdf format of the mail as well.
