I have switched plans within vodafone. I have been using vodafone since inception. I[censored] check your records i am a regular payer of of all my dues. Your team is now harrasing me stating that my novemeber bills are due. Why is it that i was not informed of the same during switchover. I would have gladly paid it then while i did it for my other sim held with you. This is totally unprofessional. Also your team calls me and talks in an unprofessional manner and argues with me. You have hired people who dont even know how to talk. Firstly you are harrasing a corporate client for no rhyme or reason. Due to all this harrassment i am not going to pay any dues as mentioned by you. Was this information helpful? | |||
