Vodafone India — Excess Money collection by blackmailing | |||
I have two Vodafone numbers and I made a closing request for [protected] on May 8th. The request was accepted and it was in progress. Suddenly on August 11th Vodafone asked me to pay Rs. 206.33 for the closed number by blackmailing using suspending services for the second number. After raising complaint to nodal officer he replied saying Rs.45.33 was collected in excess and he will transfer to my second number if I like. This is pathetic condition of Vodafone Customer Care and the billing department. I want my Rs.207 back into my second numbers account without any delay. It is not at all fair to send a bill after 3 months for a closed number and not only that blackmailing and collecting wrong amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
