Vodafone India — Extra amount charged | |||||
Have been billed value added services charges in spite of not using and activating these services for mobile no. [protected] Have been reminding them for last 1.5 months to not automatically activate these services for this no. Have asked people at vodafone centre to waive off this once for these services last month in spite of no usage. The service executives at call centre every times ensures that no charges will be levied but in spite of this every time i am getting the bill of value added services charge And now when i declined to pay the overcharged amount, they have disconnected my number.
