Sir i postpaid customer when visit voda store tolled to pay the 496 amount instead the bill the amount of 234 which i already paid. If i not do so the postpaid will not convert to prepaid and the excess amount will be given to me by cheque so i made the payment for mobile no [protected] but now when i tried to reach customer care no response is initiated instead i was told to call [protected] for postpaid help and when i called the no they told to redial from another no and when i do so they told to call from postpaid no and after that they disconnect hoping you understand and help me in this regard
