Vodafone India — Extra bill against usage

Vodafone india has sent extra bill against the usage. The extra amount is rupees 426. When i talked immediately to their customer care they denied to reduce the amount. I called their customer care several times. Later they started troubling me by calls and emails. When i requested them to reduce the extra amount and to give to correct bill, they denied saying that first pay your bill then we will reduce the amount. Please help me asap
