Vodafone India — Extra bill amount/not allowing to port

Hi, i want to make a complaint against vodafone india mumbai about more bill amount and not allowing me to port the number.
As i paid my settled bill amount with vodafone person's help still my bill is not getting cleared vodafone is asking to pay more amount and not allowing to port my number. This is just getting complicated since last 3-4 months.
