[Resolved] Vodafone India — Extra charges for roaming plan and other promised discount was not provided | |||||
Dear Team, My Vodafone number is : [protected] I had de-activated the national roaming plan on 18th Feb 2016 and i had been charged in this month also for 75Rs and when i sent a mail to customer support, they said it is still activate but same was confirmed on 19th Feb when i visited the vodafone store in Electronic city Bangalore. Now i guess it will be charged again in April bill as well if it was stil active. Also the other issue was that i got a call on 22nd Feb 2016 regarding feedback for vodafone services and when i comlained about some issues that time the customer care executive had promised me to provide 50% discount on my bill for next 3 months. but i did not get any discount from vodafone in March month bill. And when i contact the customer support, they said that they need the Name of the executive and date of communication. I have already shared the Date of communication and Reference number for the communication. Name i cant remember, since it is more than a month now.
