Vodafone India — extra charges in bill

Dear sir I m RASHESH agarawal my num is [protected].. According to the company plan the internet charges of package is calculated on the base of day how much day the plan is used nd normally my bill amount is between 1500 to 2000 last month company had done a frod thng they charged the charges f the whole month and my bill amount of last month is more than 5000 and i m nt goin to pay the single money to this cheater company

i am using vodafone since 3 years and i never faced such big problems that i am facing now..i visited vodafone store more than 20 times.. My complaint was never heard properly.. i want a solution..otherwise i will file a legal case against vodafone in the consumer court..my number is [protected]..

Hi,

I was charged extra in the bill for rs 650.

The vodafone dint inform about adding extra package "mi_cap_650_30d_r_promo_3g" to my bill and applied.

Also they say that they have inform all customers via sms about this, but still i havent recieve any sms.
