[Resolved] Vodafone India — Extra Charges in my bill | |||
I am a regular customer of Vodafone since years. Earlier I used Prepaid. One of your representatives suggested me postpaid. So I migrated to Postpaid. But now I am facing huge trouble due to those extra charges. I have attached screenshots for the extra charges which are not supposed to be in my bill. 1. As per my plan I am allowed 200 Free local + National SMS. And I have additional Net Pack of Rs 99 which allows me free data usage of 1 GB per month. I haven't exceeded my SMS and Data Free Units. 2. And I am literate enough to not to visit paid content/video on any site. 3. Neither I have any Child at home. I need explanation for all of them as well as refund for them.
