Vodafone India — extra download charges for the number [protected]

I am very disappointed the way you guys are working, I have seen my Mar14 bill there was extra charges Rs.98 from my bill for some d2c_mgossip which i had never downloaded. Same sort of issue happened in previous months bill also I had highlighted to you as well then that amount wave off but every time I have write this type of mail to you. Please correct you system to avoid such type of problems in future also waive the download charge amount INR 98 and tax. I have seen so many people writing regarding these download charge complaints what preventive action you have taken in customers interest. if this happen next month also i will switch my mobile operator.
