[Resolved]  Vodafone India — extra usage amount

As I have changed my VODAFONE prepaid connection ([protected]) to post paid connection on 11/07/2014 and I have activated a plan of Rs.299/- which encloses 1 GB data plan, 400 local minutes and 100 SMS.And I have used my data as per the plan.But I have received my first bill on 22/07/2014 which charges an amount of Rs.1437/- in extra.When I have discussed this issue with the customer care executives, they explained me that they generates the bill for the customers on 22nd of every month.So they have charged me the amount for 11/07/2014 to 22/07/2014, for 11 days.What they are explaining that they have charged me on the basis they have divided the 1 GB data for 11 days.The above mentioned details are not informed to me by the customer care and my plan does not got deactivated as it got expired. I have received my 2nd bill for the next month from 22/07/2014 to 22/08/2014 having the above mentioned plans for 1 month and I was using data during the period.My data got over within 10 days and I have requested to activate the same plan and activated the plan.Then also the bill comes with an extra amount of Rs.496/-.These extra amounts exceeds my financial limit and it is not affordable for me. I have discussed again the issues with the customer care head and without giving information they have disconnected my number temporarily.I am using the number for the last 5 years and this is my official and my permanent office number.As this number got cancelled, I have suffered lot of losses in many ways.
