Dear Sir/madam,
I am one of the customer of vodafone with mobile no [protected]. There were an offer to me for 1GB 3G data for 30 days with recharge of 155.00.and to confirm the message i called on 121 also even they said i hav this offer. i have done recharge of 155 at same day. But they provided 750MB 2G data for 21 days. I called customer care and asked the query related to the issue nt once bt 4 times but they dint respond me properly nor they connercted my phone to supervisior. they made me wait for like 45 minutes on phone every single time after waitng so long also they dint connect my phone to there supervisior. this shows there attitude towards there customer.
kindly provide my 3G data with in 24 hours or return my money back and please do not forward fake messages and don't confuse costomer.
because of your stupid fake messages i recharged my phone of 155 twice in ten days and i dint gt 3G data even once.please pay attention to my complaint otherwise i will complaint in consumer forum and aalso will write about your network and they way you respond to your customers. its horrible.
i want my 3G data or my cash back with in 24 hours.
and please do not waste time of your customers its may nt be im[portant for you bt for them there time is very valuable to them.for god sake respond them on there time and make them to suffer. you are not providing them services in free. so its your responsiblity if they suffer because of your network and your fake messges.
it wont take much time for me to change the network from vodafone to any other network.which are more cheaper then vodafone and there servicers and response to customer is much beeter then vodafone.
