[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fake offers | |||
Sir, . I was informed by vodafone chat agents about a special tariff offer of Ra's 32 with Vodafone 2 Vodafone calls at 10p/min for 28 days on 12 March 2016 and I did the recharge on the same day! I was not told that I have to recharge with Ra's 7 to extend the validity. So I denied to do the additional recharge initially but when I went to the shop to do this Ra's 7 recharge they told me that the amount was not applicable to my number. My tariff plan got expired today on 13 March 2016. I had deactivated my FnF number for this facility. Now I am in a loss of 47 ruppees ( 32 + 15 ). Please find a solution to this.Initially when I addressed the problem to the customer care agents that promised to me help me but when my plan got expired they told me that they can't do anything. Even the Vodafone Customer Care Number cannot be contacted. I want compensation by making them refund me and make the offer valid for a month. I want you to look into the matter seriously .You can examine the chat I had with their agents. Please find a solution to my problem. I hope you would help me get a compensation for whatever I have faced. I lost my money for nothing. I expect a speedy action from your side. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They gave me back the offer with same validity and refunded me Rs 15 which I had spent for FnF activaton due to expiry of the validyt of the fake offer given to me. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
