Vodafone India — falls commitment while mnp process for [protected] | |||
Hello, Had initiated MNP process for mobile [protected] with 299 plan around 13th MAY. Installed vodafone app and found 399 applied & at same time I complained to vodafone customer care & I was suggested to wait till bill generation then any visibility can happen. After bill generation again I contacted to customer care & informed for 399 plan which was wrongly charged and now they are denying to modify bill. This is completely falls commitment and making fool to customer. This is subject to make high penalty to Vodafone. Was this information helpful? | |||
