Vodafone India — Faulty postpaid bill by vodafone. | |||||
This is my sixth complain against faulty postpaid bill. It seems vodafone doesn't care the grievances of its valued customer. It is again now requested to quash the faulty bill or i will be constrained to file my grievances to consumer court of law. The brief details of my case is is as under:- My vodafone no is [protected] & i have opted igb data plan but i was shocked to notice when i received message from vodafone that my current bill i. E. Of march 2016 is around rs.2000/-, so i immediately rushed to its karol bagh voda showroom to enquire about the high amt. Bill. There i was told that i have used the internet which was quiet shocking so i requested them to immediately stop my services but they flatly refused to stop my services & said to deposit this exorbitant amt. Than only they will stop this services. I further told them that i am using this plan for last two years & i am receiving the monthly bill around rs.400/- to 450/- every month but at once how the vodafone can send me so high amt. Bill.
