Vodafone India — Fooling customer so that they get more money | |||
I have ported my mobile from idea to vodafone and i have given all the documents which were asked at the time of new connection. Then for the verification one of the person from vodafone came on sunday dated 18th june and literally in a very rude manner talked with my sister. And then i don’t know why he has given false report on the physically verification. I complained about that to vodafone at the same day but no response from their side. Then again verification done from the vodafone side and it got positive and the person from vodafone nodal office (Deepak - [protected]) talked to me that i will help you in making your number to be postpaid and resolve all you query and he and other executive all told to me that not to worry and your number will not be discontinued as i was in continue touch with nodal office till 6 pm and all are giving me positive response. But just after half an hour the services of my number has been barred. I don’t know how are they working and just to make a new connection they are just fooling customer and make false commitment. And now after i told them that it is your fault and i will go to court they are giving me 200rs compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
