Vodafone India — For cheating and applying incorrect charges. | |||||
I am prasad udas having concern against vodafone india for cheating me for. my vodafone number is [protected]. I have raised compalint reference number [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] [protected] (raised concerned via email to corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.com on 9-may-2016 7:24 pm) 1) i have raise concerned regarding incorrect bill generated by vodafone to my mobile number. Wrong plan information given to me by vodafone representative and activated plan on my mobile number Which results rs. 1011.74 bill for my vodafone mobile number 2) after various mail and communication over mail and customer care number they provided me various solution via different Customer care executive. each time they changed solution on my issue. 3) they have communicated that they will correct some of the incorrect charges. after frustrating with their solution i have decided to permanently deactivated My mobile number. 4) on 04-jul-2016, i have given request for closing connection to vodafone store near thermax chowk, sambhaji nagar chinchwad pune 411019. because my mobile New billing cycle was 05th of current month to 04th of next month. as per representative of vodafone store he told me that i have to pay rs 244.02 as a pending Bill amount. as per that i have paid rs. 244.02 as pending bill amount. 5) after decided to closing my connection. they have sent mobile bill on 09-jul-2016 with bill amount as rs. 1036.38. with following details Current month charges - 499 (i have closed connection on 04-jul-2016 so they have charged full month fixed bill amount cycle is 05th previous month to 04 of current month) Usage charges - 90 (i have not used this mobile number for calling or for internet access) Other credits/charges - 100 (might be late fee. but as per various communication they should no apply this fee due to incorrect bill generated by vodafone. 7g enternetment [protected]@90 - 90 (i have never request for such service or give any consent for activating this service.) So rs 1036.38 bill is incorrect and applied to me. vodafone is cheating me on applying above bill by providing incorrect package information, by providing various solution for adjustment and bill correction for that applying late fee, by applying value added service without my consent. I am requesting you to take a strict action against vodafone india pvt ltd for cheating customer.
