Vodafone India — for deactivating my postpaid connection [protected] | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am dr rajdeep mittal, from bharatpur, rajasthan. I had taken vodafone government plan of monthly rental of rs 110/-. And but after 4-5 months vodafone had changed plan without my consent to rental 249/- monthly. And when i talked to them they had told that the plan you had taken is not in existence now. When i talked to your costumer care in june 2018 vodafone had barred my outgoing services from june 2018 because of request for deactivation of that number. I had paid rs 1000/- as non usage charges on 15 october, 2018 for the month of july, august and september 2018. And i requested again for deactivating that number. They had agreed for that and told that it will be done with in 10 days. But instead of that they had send bills of october and november 2018 of rs 374.9/-. Afterthen i had called vodafone costumer care and vodafone appellate officer but only fraud talks have been made by them.. I want this number to get deactivated and wants my nonusages charges with deposit amount of rs 500/- which was taken initially at the time of sim starting w (Was also taken without receipt.)
