Vodafone India — fradulent deduction of Amount 149 2nd after amnt Rs. 75 was credited 2 days ago

my number [protected] was debited illegally and fraudulently with Rs. 149 for downloading some strange chargeable link which i never clicked or downloaded in reality.Its very embarrasing as two days same thing happened and 75 was credited back to me and now again they deduct Rs.149 fraudulently.Give my hard earned money back.Stop this thing immediately so that i dont have to face it in future.
