Vodafone India — Fraud activity done by vodafone

I have given my wife mobile number ([protected]) to convert from prepaid to postpaid and given 500 deposit amount. Even after 20 days, my number not converted in postpaid nor i received my deposit refund. I call your executive so many times but they dont want to talk and taling very rudely and now they dont even picking up the phone. Person who involve in this transaction but they not even care to pickup call. Very much shocking activity from vodafone company. Person who involved from vodafone side his number is [protected]. I have attached photo of vodafone executive for your reference to take urgent action.
