Vodafone India — Fraud billing and overcharging | |||||
It is to inform you that since last 3 months vodafone is overcharging me amounting from 300-500 rs every month and i have raised a complaint against them and they resolved the issued by giving me a waiver . Now this is the third month and despite several reminders nothing has been resolved . They changed my plan without my consent and request and once i came to know about it they said that ill be given a waiver for the same . The amount was around 600 rs but i was given a waiver of only rs 400 and after asking them for more waiver they keep on telling me that it will be resolved by their nodal office but till date i have not received any resolution regarding the same .Why should i pay for the services i have not used ?And who are they to force me . They keep on threatening me that if the amount is not paid they will block my number. Finally I'm writing you with pain and agony that till when this cheat and fraud will happen . That means customer holds no importance and will be cheated as it is . I kept on asking for the redressal of my complaint but all went in vain. Kindly assist Was this information helpful? | |||||
