[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fraud by Vodafone- not trained team | |||
Hi, I am a frustrated customer of Vodafone, have been using vodafone for 5 years now and always knew that when you change to postpaid they always do fraud, but i trusted them and opted the postpaid offer on March 2013 Since march my internet data package is for unlimited 3G data. on 10th July, customer care lady calls me (they are so irritating that the call everyday to promote their offer) to ask if i am satsified with my vodafone unlimited plan, should i activate it? i said yes i am and i will continue with it on 21st July they disconnect my service and send a bill of 10, 000 rupees, i call their service team they again give wrong information. from 21st july to 22nd august i have been visiting the vodafone mulund store almost everyday meeting deepa and sandeep, and on 22nd august they say they cant assist me...its my mistake i have sent a message, i have not and they do not have the proof of the message from vodafone accepting the same. nor are they sharing the recordings of the call center lady, they asked me to write a email to corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com the guy (swapnil Dongare) writes an email back with mentioning my contact number completely wrong!!! what the hell??? I am writing to them on social media too everyday, but no reply. their service is completely ruined.
