Fraud charge of Rs 99 against some download
I have been charged 99 Rs by vodafone for some download on 11/10/2014 on my number [protected] which was never done even though i'm left with the mobile data. When i tried the customer care, they never gave an explanation on this. I want my bill to be re evaluated and 99 Rs should not be charged then only ill submit the bill for the month.
Also make sure any such fraud should not happen again.
I am going to port out from vodafone if no proper action is taken.
Also i want to bring it to your notice that i have searched online and many number of cases have been reported for the same fraud. Was this information helpful? | |
