[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fraud postpaid bill for wifi without using card | |||||
I have asked multiple times by phonecall to vodafone customer care to discontinue my postpaid wifi plan or at least to convert it into prepaid. They were saying yes, and after paying huge bill amount about rs.850 for only 3 gb data, company again starts my postpaid plan to the same plan. This is fraud doing with public money by such a useless, overestimated plan by vodafone. So, finally i decided not to pay since march. Even my postpaid connection disconnected since march, vodafone company is charging same amount 850 per month and asked to pay rs.2100 by email even of temporarily disconnection of service. This is big fraud by vodafone company. Noone should take any plan from this company who loot their customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
