Vodafone India — Fraud with customer relation | |||
I m a customer of Vodafone since 2010. i have many trouble with this company. i had lodge request for deactivate my internet plan on my number [protected]. bt it still added in my bill, i got msg when i request on 05 dec.2016. when i ask about it to customer care(cost. care executive name are jaspreet, priyanka, and Hariom ) then they didn't gave reasonable answer to me. they said that some technical error it doesn't deactivate. so i want to know who is responsible for this type of forgery and why customer should pay. why should i do not take legal action against this type of forgery whatever Vodafone done with me. plan for150.00 already added and i didn't request for it. thisa hide policy of Vodafone .when i change my plan then vodafone should change according to my plan but didn't.i want answer Was this information helpful? | |||
