[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fraudulant billing and services | |||
1. I have been using Vodafone for more than 5 yrs now (same number), suddenly vodafone turns off my Internet package without any such request of doing so, thereby claiming a bill of 3200. On being asked, customer representatives say that the request had gone from my end, but no evidence lies with them( no db, no backup, no sms, no mailers) 2. Post a debate for more than a month, a representative (Nikhil) ensured a waiver of the entire Internet charges (3200) which had been wrongly billed against my number. So, I made a payment of the rest amount within an hour. 3. After this entire episode, I get calls again from Vodafone asking for the Internet bills (3200). On talking about the waiver, Vodafone completely denied that any such waiver had been passed. 4. Mailed and Escalated multiple times, but no revert only follow up calls for the fraudulent bill. Note : I had received the waiver on 24th Apr between 4:15 - 4:45pm, from a vodafone customer representative names Nikhil. Was this information helpful? | |||
