[Resolved]  Vodafone India — FRAUDULENT CHARGES 183

I have been FRAUDULENT CHARGES 183 rs for the below activities1) d2c_mgossip_pack49– Rs 49 on 20/09/14 as my bill period is 3rd to 2nd. This shows in my bill (3rd Sept-2nd Oct) 2) wapvilla_ppd- Rs 35 on 20/09/20143) d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9 – Rs 99 on 14/09/14.I’m confused about this how these type charges applied on my number as I did not download or sms never for this. so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge and told that it will not happen in next month bill. I want to remove this charge and stop this types fraudulent services.RegardsDeepak Kumar
