Vodafone India — Fraudulent & misleading vodafone internet charges | |||||
I, Nikhil Patkar, working in Government organization having vodafone connection. I have 1 GB data plan which cost me 250 rs. Last month I used 866 MB data, having proof of same. But still I was charged 1071 MB data & for extra 71 MB I was charged 293 rs. Even I got message from vodafone on 16th that I used only 50% data . As my billing cycle is 25 th to 24th then How can I used so much data in few days. I complaint in vodafone site for 2 time but still didn't get any response. If i have a pospaid number then i will not get 499 plan and if i joint vodafone from other service provider then vodafone will give me 499 plan
