[Resolved] Vodafone India — Frequent Balance deductions without intimation | |||
Last month when i was recharging for Internet pack via self help services i got an error message saying "Connection problem or invalid MMI code". and checked the balance there was no deductions. I tried again and it was successful, even i got the message that my internet pack is active, but my balance got deducted 2 times. 101 x 2 = 202. customer care said we cannot refund the amount as your internet pack is already active. again today when i checked my balance there was a deduction of 129 rs, when called customer care they accepted it was a mistake but cannot refund it because it has been more than 24 hrs at the time i complained. You need to complain within 24 hrs of deductions to get the refund.??? what is this rule? I have been associated with vodafone since 8 years, but now i feel Its high time to boycott vodafone and switch to a different operator. my mobile no:- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
