Vodafone India — From prepaid to postpaid | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I Pulak kr Ghosh from west Bengal using a Vodafone prepaid no [protected] of Kolkata Circle from last 4 years. On[protected] I opted for Vodafone Post-paid & the service is activated from the said date, But Unfortunately on[protected] my outgoing calls are blocked without any information. After complaining many times to Customer care & also Nodal officer vide reference nos[protected],[protected],[protected] They are saying my call was blocked due to physical verification. Presently I'm residing in Jalpaiguri, WB, which is about 700kms away from Kolkata, so it is not possible for me to come Kolkata right now. I'm using this Sim from last 4 years, there is no physical verification, so why now ??? & if it is mandatory why you people don't tell me that & give me the post-paid without verification process ??? For Harassing ???? Or Billing me without any service & earn money by cheating ???? I have also requested them that I don't want any credit & I'm ready to pay advance ₹1000 for my ₹500 credit limit, Or I can pay the bill for the 6 days I used the service & resume my prepaid number. Or Do anything & guide me what to do now so that I can make outgoing calls. But they are not likely to help me. I'm Hopeless/ Fade up requesting them. So, Sir/Madam please help me solving my problem.
