Vodafone India — getting extra charged for vas services during port out | |
This is the second time i have tried porting out from vodafone but i am repeatedly receiving unnecessary chargeable vas getting added. I have already paid the entire bill along with some extra amount. The number is [protected]. Before proceeding further let me clarify the following things: 1. I have not explicitly downloaded any of these any time, neither from any link, play store or vodafone app, infact i don't even have vodafone app installed on my mobile. 2. I am not someone who will do this by mistake, i am very well verse with what content has been downloaded. I am a very old vodafone postpaid customer and this has never happened to me before even for once. 3. No other person is using my mobile or number with or without my permission. I have applied for a number port to another circle around ten days back (This is the second time) and it should have been successful till now. During the time of port request i also paid all my bill amount along with some extra amount for the upcoming few days, my bill was in negative. It is very clear for me that all of a sudden at the time of porting my number to another circle, the port is getting delayed and unnecessary subscriptions are added on my number without any such requests from my end which has never happened during my association with vodafone till date.
