[Resolved] Vodafone India — getting message from vodafone that incoming calls will be stop for my number

Hi, I am very old user of vodafone india but now i am getting messages from vodafone that my incoming calls will be stopped from 12/01/2019 if wont do the recharge of 97 inr. However as per my knowledge no company have rights to stop the incoming calls of customer. Why you guys have such unnecessary force for customer to do the recharge.
