Vodafone India — Grievance for WAIVER OF huge hidden bills issued by befooling us & without any transparency | |
3 months back, one of representative of Vodafone Mr Happy (Cell No.[protected],[protected],[protected] approached me to give better services than Idea. On his request, I have ported our following 7 numbers from Idea to Vodafone, for which I had faced a lot of harrasment.
[protected]. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
At the first instance, I have very clearly instructed him that I do not require any internet on my 6 no. as I am having broadband at my home & office as well. Only one no. [protected] required net that too unlimited minimum plan.
He assured us accordingly & said that plans are given as per our requirement.
But to my surprise, huge bills were received specially for no. [protected], [protected], [protected].
He visited my office & called somebody in front of me & asked him to waive all the internet charges.
He further assured me that my 6 no. are blocked for internet facility & even mobile data function is done non functional, so that in future, no data use will be billed.
But to my extreme surprise, I received bill of 3849.50 on [protected], 1322.14 on [protected] & so on.
I was using Idea since I qualified as CA in 1999 i.e. since last 16 years. But I have felt Vodafone's cruelty in 2 months.
On calling Vodafone helpline yesterday, I came to know that there is no waiver request till date on any no. Further no Internet facility is deactivated on 6 numbers.
Mr Happy is not responding now.
Your representative can make fool of professionals like us, I am afraid what they may be doing with innocent general people.
Kindly waive our entire internet charges on all bills immediately, deactivate internet packs on all numbers except [protected], activate unlimited minimum pack on [protected].
REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS.
ELSE, WE ARE APPROACHING RTI, TELECOM AUTHORITY OF INDIA, CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOU FOR SUCH UNLAWFUL & REPEATED ACTION OF VODAFONE.
A COMPENSATION OF Rs. 1, 00, 000/- per month for 2 months FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT will also be claimed.
We are fed up with these BLUNDERS OF VODAFONE & we have no time for such correspondence.
We will have to port out to another telecom service provider for all our 21 Vodafone mobile numbers in the family.
