Vodafone India — Harassed by Vodafone on activation of my number [protected] | |||
Hi, This is to bring into your notice that my mobile number [protected] has been kept under suspended mode even after making a payment of INR 3120 at you Goregoan east store using kiosk machine. 1) My number should have been active by now but till now no such signal i can find on my number despite repeated attempt to the customer care. 2) Customer care people has been very arrogant to transfer the call to the immediate supervisor. I spoke to 2 guys Abhijeet (who was suppose to transfer the call to Prashant (suppose to be a supervisor) but eventually disconnected the call on me) and second Mangesh who was very arrogant even to transfer the call. 3) I have been facing this harassment even after making a due payment, as per the telephonic conversation with Mangesh, where he did accept the fact that this is a system issue (eventually Vodafone's issue) for this inconvenience. 4) Now my question is, who is held responsible for the inconvenience caused to me? who is held accountable for my loss? who should pay me the cost of my time? Who will pay me a compensation? When will my number get activated? 5) Even after the activation, I need a proper solution to this issue, which is common to many like me. I still need a compensation of my payment of INR 3120 which I paid against my bill for which I still did not get my serviced resumed. I need a solution for this ASAP.
