Re.: New Connection – [protected] Would like to bring to ur notice the way Vodafone has harassed us and we are left with no option but to file a legal case against Vodafone I, Rahul Chopra, having ur connection from last 10 years ([protected]) bought above number from ur Sant Nagar, New Delhi, Branch for my 10 years old daughter as she has to attend classes. Above said connection was activated in 48 Hrs but 3 days ago it was barred to receive or make any calls.. My daughter was carrying the above said mobile and when she wanted to call us for emergency, she could not call. There was no intimation or message that the above said mobile is or will be barred. It is really a shame that I am associated with such bad company from last 10 years. When I desperately needed the service u proved how bad u can me When I tried to call to ur helpline number no one knows what is the reason. Some say that the documents were no correct (we also emailed the documents to ur office) and some say that verification was negative which is impossible.We are staying in the same place from 18 years and have all the legal documents. There is no way verification can go wrong Anyways, we will move to the court and also file an FIR against ur executives and finally against Vodafone. Me and my 10 years daughter had to face lot of problem because of Vodafone Need not to mention we will cancel all the connections with Vodafone Bunch of shameless people sitting under one roof trying to cheat and fool the customers.. Yes, you should bang these Vodaphone cheater nicely. I had same issue however, not so severe. While giving new post paid connection they will beg like begger and letter they will react like a dictator.
This company have been fooling me for a very long time. Every time I call 198 to complain I got different response and excuses. My complaint is very simple(My vodafone account number in question is 5.45637.00.00.101721). At the begining of last month I received call from Vodafone retention team asking me to settle the dispute for INR 1000.00 as compared to a bill of INR 2200.00. I paid the amount we agreed in full the very next day, for which I have the recipt. On the 20th of March I get an email from Vodafone stating an overdue in the amount of INR 10600.00 I immidiately called up the customer care and they assured me to take care of the matter. I did not receive any call for my complaints, Instead I get another email stating a further overdue in the amount of INR 1059.00. I called again and explained the situation to one of the agents on the phone. After the agent put my call on hold for over half an hour, the agent disconnected the call. I called back again to the same old treatment, being hung up and disconnected, The agents being rude and abusive was actually assuring because they did not disconnect. Finally they barred my number from called 198 or 111 as now I stay on the music for ever and no human voice at all. Today I called Vodafone again and stated my problem. And the same story repeated again. I asked to be connected to the retention team which promised me the ZERO RENTAL PLAN if I paid the amount we settled for and finally, How do I owe Vodafone INR[protected]+ 1059) and why was the bills sent for INR 1773.01 as on the bills sent on 7th January 2015 and INR 1876 as on 13th February 2015. On further investigation on agent was kind enough to state the rental plan was as promised by the retention team. Please advise why is this company taking people for ride. I want to port out of Vodafone along with 4 other numbers(other account numbers are 5.44936.00.00.100001 & 5.74165.00.00.100475 & 5.74165.00.00.100476 ) I have issued on same name.
