Vodafone India — Harassment from vodafone customer care | |||
My number has been provided as an alternate number for the vodafone number [protected]. About 2 weeks back i got a call saying that the person who was using the number [protected] has not paid their vodafone bill. I provided vodafone with the current contact # of that person (Who is currently not in india) and that person himself spoke to vodafone and got the details regarding the bill. Still i'm getting calls everyday regarding this. They are having the direct contact phone number of the person. I asked them to contact the person responsible. Why are they even calling me? I got 20 calls today in 2 hours continuously. This is disturbing my work. Today the customer care person spoke really cheap. I asked her to correct her language but she continued to talk in a slum-like language and insulted and bad-mouthed me and said that i do not deserve any respect. She asked me if i talk on the phone with dogs everyday and all sorts of non-sense. This is the worst behavior i have ever seen in any customer care. I am extremely upset to receive such language from a person who is supposed to help you "customer care".
