Vodafone India — High bill amounts without any justification on bill! | |||||
Since the last 3 months I've literally been exploited by Vodafone! 1. I don't get my bills on time. I need to request for it. On that next month I'm charged 100 extra for late payment. Because I didn't pay on time!! 2. Without any request there are automatic recharges that happen ! Even after requesting to de activate .. Still auto recharge of 450+75 and more are done. 3.customer care says ul get call in 48 hrs but I get calls after 15 days! The call that I get also doesn't know what to do and he says ul get call in 48 hrs! N its stretched so much another month passes 4. Finally my outgoing is barred! And I'm made to pay my bill 5. I m told there's a reversal and only certain. Amount has to be paid after that amount is paid I get a message there is an outstanding yet! 6. When asked for justication of bill even the customer care doesn't know how its come upto this amount!! 7. Lastly again I've been told to wait for 48hrs!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
