Vodafone India — i am complaining about hyderabad sr nagar vodafone store, as they are not activating my sim card and forcing me to take postpaid plan | |||
Dear sir, Two weeks back my vodafone sim ([protected]) got deactivated. I reached to nearby vodafvodstore but they dined to activate it untill i take vodafone postpaid plan. I had prepaid plans, but they forcing me to take postpaid plan otherwise they won't activate it. They offered me 299 plan, when i said it's too costly they they asked to with 99 and 300 security deposit. I am unable to understand why this much problem they are creating. Even i called costumer care they asked me to take some recharge, i took but didn't work. Later again when i called they again they asked to take another higher recharge.
