[Resolved] Vodafone India — I OLD CONNECTION IS CLOSED | |||
I have got vodafone [protected]@[protected].In the begining I asked for plan cchange.But it was not done.Instead I was charged for old plan for 2 months.After that asked to close the connection but after two months I have recieved one notice from your end.when I have asked for explaination at perumgudi customer care branch, they told like I have to pay for a month and they will waive another month bill for which I havnt used.Still I have paid for 2 months and 50 rs extra. After that I have recieved so many calls from your end asking to reconnect.But I am not intrested to take the connection.I have conveyed the same message to customer care exicutives including chennai regionanal manager.If I could recrecieve these many calls while I am asking for my service I may stayed with the vodafone.unfortunately that wawas not happend. Now the thing is recently i am getting call from your customercare that my number is still actiive and i need to pay bill for that. Here my question is will vodafone maintain the connection even though customer requested to close the connection. Was vodafone charge forfor customers through life time for unused connection once Was this information helpful? | |||
