Vodafone India — I'm complaining about worst response of customer support & fake promotional messages. | |||||
As my STD Offer got expired on 26th October 2015, I received a mail from Vodafone that my pack is going to be expired, so recharge with 14 for the renewal. I had done the recharge even then the pack is not activated. I contacted Customer support and they replied "SORRY, MONEY CANNOT BE REFUND'D" Even a single Penny counts for me. I don't know whether my mail will sort out the problem, but these fraud messages and offers must be condemned. Was this information helpful? | |||||
