Vodafone India — Improper Billed / Not resolved | |||
Hi Team, Thank you in advance. Regarding complain:- I had drop email many times to Vodafone Customer care email id: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com. Issue: Not apply for any added internet facility to service provider, still they charge me more almost 3 times even after I raised this to them. Current my plan is 699Rs and I am getting bill of rupees 1900Rs. Many time complain to then but still not get resolved. They said they will refund me the extra but did not yet. I have currently shifted to Wadgaon Sheri, Pune from Hinjewadi Pune. I am not getting the proper internet 3 G speed . Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Sir, My Mobile Phone No. [protected]. I want to convert my Post paid SIM to Pre paid .But, vodafone dealer i, e. Vodafone mini store, college road, Tilapara, PO & Dist.- Goalpara refused my request and misguided me that I have to run Post paid for another four month. On the time taking Post paid SIM, they had intimated such bonding.
