[Resolved] Vodafone India — in spite of complaint for phone stolen phone was not locked and sim not available in store | |||
My phone ([protected]) was stolen, I immediately called up vodaphone customer care and asked to lock my phone immediately after verification he told me that it will be done in 2 hr. I asked him to do it immediately so that no one could mis-use the number, he assured me that it will done at an earliest. now the problem starts. My staff twice visited the vodaphone store for new sim but the told that thay dont have the sim and it will take 2-3 weaks to arrive. After that I called up vodaphone customer care to slender my phone connection but came to know that due to tecknikal issue my sim was not locked. How can such a repuated company can play with the customer? why the phone was not locked for more than 7 days? who would be responsible if the person stolen, calls to do any fraudulent call? Now I dont want to be the part of such careless company and want to sullender my connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
