Vodafone India — Inability to give me an activated new sim for more than a week

1. Requested for a new sim on Dec 17 as old sim lost
2. Received new sim and requested to activate it on Dec 19
3. On Dec 22 told activated old sim and requested for new sim number.
4. next 2 days VF kept asking sim number again and again to confirm it is invalid.
5. Again new sim sent on Dec 24 that is again told by VF invalid
