Vodafone India — Inaccurate billing and overcharged for my no | |||||
Hello sir/madam, I'm shyamendra nd i'm a vodafone postpaid customer no.- [protected] Relationship no.[protected] I have been charged for data usage (Bill no.[protected] for the bill period -20.05.17-19.06.17 since i have a data pack and the vodafone app and vodafone website (Screenshot attached) was showing that i didnt consume my all the data so i use the internet services and they charged me rs.499.26 for it. And in the bill i have been charged for my data consumption on[protected] while they didnt charged me for data consumption on[protected]. Then i chat to vodafone executive they said to me, "i am unable to solve your problems since the bill had not generated at that time, and if it is a mistake it will be solveout when the bill generated". And yesterday in the evening they barred my services without any notice since the credit limit crossed for my no. Screenshots attached.
